East Bridgford Parish
Council is not a planning authority and, as such, does not
make final decisions on planning applications - that is the
responsibility of Rushcliffe Borough Council.
At
the Blueprint
web site
you can view planning applications relating to East Bridgford and send
your comments on a particular application if it affects you directly
(for example if it is next door to your property).
The
Parish Council is a statutory
consultee and receives details of planning applications
relating to the village for comment. Where possible, applications are
considered
at full Parish Council meetings and the Council seeks
to influence planning decisions to
the overall advantage of the village.

planning applications considered by the Parish Council, any comments
