• The study, recording and preservation of local buildings, institutions, documents and objects which illustrate the life of East Bridgford
  
  
• The publication, from time to time, of the results of the research of the Group
  
  
• The promotion and/or support of field work either by the Group or in conjunction with other organisations or individuals
  
  
• The arrangement of meetings, lectures and visits in connection with local history
  
  
• The undertaking of appropriate activities ancillary to the above objects.

Our programme of speaker meetings begins in October and is currently in the process of being finalised.
